Will my application under the Freedom of Information Act reveal any records for Paul Sheldon?  Pointless – if records existed, they would likely be classified as “blackballed” (exempt). Folks I know who clearly would be expected to be on file hear back that nothing was found.  The explanation given for nothing on file for Occupy is that this is not a “lie”, but there may be information that is in an unsearchable file and so it is “true” that nothing was found.
